I am a PhD doctoral student at the University of Sheffield, within the Institute of Work Psychology at the School of Management.

The data collection period will run until March 2025. Please get in touch if you are an NHS employee who has a disability / impairment / long-term condition and you would like to participate in this important research.
This Disability History Month, the British Psychological Society kindly wrote an article about my research study which looks at the impact of social capital (network of relationships) on the career success of disabled people.
