Founder & Managing Director

I founded CEE Ltd after stepping away from a director position following a 22-year career in the NHS. I started my career as a clinician, wanting to help people, and moved into management to make a difference on a wider scale. My passion of wanting to make a difference to people's lives remains strong. 

CEE Ltd was born from witnessing a year of workers strikes across both the public and private sector. It seemed to me that no-one was really listening to those people who felt that the only way forward was to strike. CEE Ltd is about engaging with workers, seeing them for who they are and the value they bring, hearing their concerns, needs and goals, and from their voices, providing a picture to the organisation's leaders on important areas of change. Changes that will improve the culture of the organisation, the working environment and the overall organisational wellbeing
